Lisa Sepulveda Joins Weber Shandwick To Lead Global Consumer Marketing Practice
Thursday, July 23, 2009 NEW YORK – July 23, 2009 – Weber Shandwick, one of the world’s leading global public relations firms, today announced that Lisa Sepulveda will join the firm as president of the Global Consumer Marketing practice. She starts on August 3rd, reporting to Weber Shandwick’s Vice Chair Gail Heimann.
Sepulveda was North American CEO at Euro RSCG Worldwide, where she oversaw U.S. operations and led integrated teams across multiple practices since 2006. She brings a wealth of award-winning consumer branding and consumer health experience along with deep issues management and client relationship skills. Prior to her tenure at Euro RSCG, Sepulveda was general manager and executive vice president for the consumer brands practice at Edelman. She also established their global consumer health practice, leading the notable Rx-to-OTC switches for Advil and Claritin. One of Sepulveda’s most noteworthy campaigns was for Dove’s entry into the beauty category launching the award-winning integrated “Dove Campaign For Real Beauty.”
