Skip Balch Joins as Executive Vice President of Sales;
Four New Account Directors Hired
RICHARDSON, TX, August 5, 2009–KnowledgeBase Marketing is expanding both its business development and client relations divisions to launch new markets and to better serve its growing base of enterprise-level accounts. This move includes the hire of Skip Balch into a key new sales leadership position and the addition of four new account directors. The company continues to actively hire for newly created positions in sales and account management.
Skip Balch joined KnowledgeBase Marketing as executive vice president of sales reporting to the company’s president and chief operating officer, Dennis Kooker. Balch is tasked with building out the company’s sales organization across the industry supply chains where KnowledgeBase has developed deep subject matter expertise. He is a skilled direct marketing veteran with 25 years of success in the sales and marketing of technology and service-based solutions. Balch joins KnowledgeBase from Iconoculture, where he led the sales and client management teams. Previously, he has held sales leadership positions at The Production Companies, Broadcast.com/Yahoo and Customer Insight Company, among others.

KnowledgeBase is also expanding its client relations group to manage its growing strategic business relationships and hired four new account directors to serve and deepen relationships within its enterprise accounts. These individuals join the account teams responsible for maintaining the thought leadership and strategic direction for which KBM is known. The new account directors are:
* Derrick Campbell joins Knowledgebase Marketing from Targetbase where he was an account director. His previous account and program management experience was with CROSSMARK, Sprint, and Ogilvy and Mather. Campbell has over 10 years experience in telecommunications, packaged goods and retail. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from George Mason University.
* Ben Dellavedova was most recently senior relationship manager with Prediction Analytics, a subsidiary of Experian. Dellavedova has extensive experience in international sales, sales management and decision support tools. He holds Ph.D. and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma.
* Mojgan Soheili was most recently with Rapp Collins Worldwide as director of strategy and enablement. With over 15 years experience working with Fortune 500 companies in the insurance and financial industries, Soheili previously held strategy and database management positions with ESG Reinsurance Co., Aegon and JCPenney Financial Services. Soheili graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering.
* Hassina Wakman-Firuz joins KnowledgeBase Marketing from InfoGroup where she was a senior account manager. She previously worked for both Donnelley Marketing and LCS Industries. She has over 20 years of direct marketing and project management experience overseeing large client accounts in the financial, telecommunications and retail industries.
